Echo Arts was formed in Bury St Edmunds in 2014 and is an eclectic group of painters, printmakers and mixed media artists.
Through regular meetings in each other’s workshops and studios, a supportive environment quickly became an important aspect of the group’s success. Sharing skills, encouraging ideas and individual development led to joint exhibitions at The Edmunds Gallery and the Guildhall in Bury St. Edmunds, Artspace in Cambridge, Anteros in Norwich and Artspace Woodbridge.
They are delighted to share their creative practices and processes at The Maeldune Heritage Centre. ‘Unlocked’ is an exhibition of recent work by members Jacqueline Sugden, Evelyn Polk and Catherine Smith.
