Sustainability is the core to my business, my farming and my practise. The resource of plants has been recognised and used for centuries and is fascinating as well as full of hidden secrets!
At last we are recognising their value and also recognising the damage that chemicals in texties has done to our planet.
Currently I am expanding m programme of workshops in Suffolk and Essex, giving talks and establishing the plants I am growing on the farm.
