After retiring from a long seasonal career within a Venetian costume design cooperative, Vincent has returned to painting as a form of creative art.
He uses acrylic, watercolour, heavy texture and collage. Vincent studied technical drawing and consequently you’ll see a touch of penwork here and there.
Inspired by nature, architecture, fabric, ceramics, music, and of course, formal & informal gardens.
Vincent lives in Maldon, but was brought up on the Kent coast so estuaries and seascapes often feature in his work.
This body of work is a superb use of painterly technique and artistic reflection.
